Compliance shouldn't depend on someone remembering.
Documents, customer monitoring and risk alerts, all in one place — so you're covered if an audit comes.
You work with one, two or ten remittance companies. MsB Manager centralizes them all.

MoneyGram, Western Union, Intermex, Vigo, Viamericas… or any other. Activity from every company flows into a single customer profile.
The problem isn't having the data. It's not seeing it together in time.
One customer, several companies
They can send with one company today, another tomorrow, and keep sending all month long.
Each system shows one piece
Every transaction lives in its own system. Understanding how much that customer actually moved becomes hard.
In compliance, what you don't see matters
A pattern that should raise a flag — several small transfers that add up to a lot — goes unnoticed.
Checking everything by hand, company by company, customer by customer, isn't something the front counter has time for.
In compliance, what you don't see matters too.
An audit doesn't warn you before it arrives. MsB Manager does.
Money transfer stores have compliance obligations. But when a customer's activity is spread across several companies, it's nearly impossible to know in time when something needs attention.
Reviewing everything by hand isn't realistic at the counter. And “someone remembering” is not a compliance program.
The real cost isn't only a possible fine. It's the time, the stress and the risk of not knowing whether your records are complete when they're requested.
- Customer information is split across several systems.
- Your team has to review amounts and frequency manually.
- Spotting when a customer needs attention depends on someone remembering.
- Customer activity consolidated across all of your companies.
- Automatic alerts when a customer hits a volume or frequency limit.
- Complete history of activity, alerts and documentation in one place.
This is how MsB Manager protects your operation.
We centralize
Transfers, documents and data for each customer in a single profile — no matter how many companies you use.
We monitor
Volume and frequency for each customer — based on the limits you set for your store.
We alert
When a customer crosses a limit, or when a document is expiring or incomplete — before it becomes a problem.
We document
Every verification (KYC, proof of funds), every review and every decision is organized in the customer profile, ready for any audit.
And if a customer needs to send more than their profile allows, they can provide proof of funds so you decide whether to raise their limit within your own program.
You set the limits. The system watches them every day.
During onboarding, we help you configure the system with your AML program's volume and frequency limits. After that, every customer is measured against your rules — with no one reviewing anything by hand.
- Volume and frequency limits over 7 and 30 days
- Your store's rules, applied even across multiple companies
- Start simple and adjust whenever you want

A high-volume customer stops being a problem and becomes a documented decision.
If a customer exceeds the allowed volume, they move to Level 3. If they provide proof of funds, your store can validate the document and raise the authorized volume for that customer — with no repeated alerts as long as they stay within the new limit and the document remains valid.
- Proof of funds stored with a validity date
- Raised limit only for that customer and that store
- When the document expires, the limit returns to its original value

As long as the customer stays under the raised volume and the proof is still valid, no new alerts are issued. When the document expires, the limit resets on its own.
Nothing slips through — and every alert gets explained.
The Compliance screen brings together every risk-level change: which customer, in which of your stores, for what reason and with the exact number. You review it, write the justification and the alert is marked as verified.
- Volume or frequency alerts, with observed value vs. limit
- Verification with a reason written by your team
- Snooze for 30 days — no new alerts for that customer during that period

Everything you want to know
I own a money transfer store. How do I properly monitor my customers to avoid problems in an audit?
MsB Manager monitors every transaction, classifies each customer by risk level, detects structuring patterns and alerts you before a customer approaches your AML program's limits — all with a complete audit trail, ready whenever you need it.
Does the system help me avoid structuring?
Yes. MsB Manager detects structuring patterns — when a customer tries to stay under a limit by splitting transactions — and alerts your store before it goes unnoticed. The decision on how to act in each alerted situation always remains yours, but you get visibility into what would have gone unnoticed before.
I use more than one remittance company. Does the system work with all of them?
Yes. MsB Manager consolidates customer activity into a single profile, no matter how many companies you use in your store. You don't need to cross-reference spreadsheets from different providers to know a customer's total volume.
Do I have to enter transfers into the system manually?
No. During onboarding, we help you import your sending history from all the companies you work with. From then on, every transfer your store makes is added to the system automatically.
Does it work for a store with a single company?
Yes. MsB Manager was built to work with any number of companies — just one or many. If you work with only one, monitoring and alerts work the same way, just without the need to consolidate data across different providers.
If someone asked for a customer's records tomorrow, would they be ready?
See how MsB Manager helps you keep information organized before anyone asks for it.
